some of the bounty from our square foot garden! there is leaf lettuce, red lettuce, arugula, spinach, swiss chard and red chard. we made a stir fry with the swiss chard, spinach and spicy arugula and then a biiig salad with the lettuce. home-grown, organic, fresh vegetables, yum!
