dream pad of the moment: paper walls

i love this look! a great design idea if you have a yucky wall and just want to cover it up. all you have to do is layer a whole bunch of magazine photos all over it! great for a rental too. we did a similar thing in a corner of Ali’s apartment using pages from her Lula magazines. i like how they did almost a shingle effect here with the pages, it looks very textured. also love the lived-in baroque couch!

    im doing something like that with the wall perpendicular to my door since there’s no shelving or whatever there. but im putting up my super mario poster, my world map, posters from Frankie magazine and other random snippets i’ve collected. i’m getting really frustrated because my posters keep um…popping?..forward…i guess i have to use something else besides blue tack or whatever it’s called!
    i’m still looking for frames for my other wall too! ahh so much to do

    Reminds me of my room when I lived at home with my parents.  When I moved out, my dad was so mad at me, having to take off all the little pieces of paper and all the tape!
