traditional home magazine launch

last tuesday, i went to the launch of traditional home magazine’s online edition. we snacked on yummy hors d’oeuvres and wine. the event took place within a courtyard and you could walk into all the surrounding showrooms to see what they had in store.

my favorite showroom was the lucas studio - they had amazing succulent arrangements and furniture that inspired me to go make something like this myself. the coffee table arrangement was created by julep, a los angeles based floral design company.

i also loved how they put the plants inside a glass case. now all i want to do is drive over to the nearest pet store, buy a fish tank and fill it with beautiful succulents!
