the reusable soda can
Haoshi Design Studio, established in 2009, was named by the Chinese pronunciation of “good things.” they recently designed a biodegradable can to combat aluminum waste issues.
according to their website, in the United States, people averagely use 106,000 Iron/Aluminum cans every 30 seconds. they developed this reusable can to solve the problem of throwaway containers. the team believes this can could replace single-use containers.
it’s designed with a double-layer heat insulation technique, and can be heated up in a microwave. the “TIN CAN” is made of all environmentally-friendly materials extracted from corn. because of these materials, if it is every thrown away it would be decomposed by the soil.
you can purchase one for $28 on their online shop here. images via Haoshi Studio
