reader submitted DIY bookends

hellllo!? can we say ADORBS!? creative and talented Mr. Kate reader Kelly Boudreau emailed me about these fantastic DIY elephant bookends she made – inspired by the painted elephants i made for Nate Berkus!

Kelly simply spray painted two plastic elephants with gold paint and glued them to two ‘L’ shaped pieces of wood for the book end part. i think they look so so fun and are a great DIY or a holiday gift as well!
