OOTD: guest style blogger on penny chic

one of my favorite people and blogs is Shauna Miller and her blog Penny Chic. this smart, beautiful and husky-voiced-lady (seriously her voice is so sexy, she should read everyone their bedtime stories) has devoted her blog to dressing on the chic with items from Kmart, Target, Wal-Mart, Sears, etc. – only the budget friendly stores where most of America shops everyday!
