DIYable design: leather handles from an old belt

at our home, we re-purpose a lot of furniture that we’ve either found on the side of the road or bought at a thrift store.  more often then not, when you find a great dresser or desk, or anything with handles for that matter, you find that over the years some of the handles have gone missing.  i like to think they are all chillin’ on an island in the south pacific drinking out of coconuts, but i digress.  here’s some inspiration for a super cool, and easy DIY that uses old leather scraps (ie.: old belts, boots, old leather jacket, etc..) and nails to make some super simplistic and unique drawer handles!  really this could work with any thick malleable material, so if you want to go the vegan route and skip the leather, you can!
