Shipping & Returns

We ship all pieces flat rate USPS Priority Mail. Orders within the US cost a flat rate of $5.15. International orders cost $16.95 flat rate shipping.

Shipping Policy and Information
Most pieces ship within 2 business days, however some pieces are made to order and require an extra 2 weeks. If your order is time sensitive we ask that you email [email protected] prior to your purchase to confirm your orders processing time. For all domestic destinations, please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the shipment date for the merchandise to arrive at your delivery address. For any International destinations outside the continental US, please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the shipment date for the merchandise to arrive at your delivery address. If you need anything rush shipped please contact us at [email protected] prior to ordering.

Please double check your shipping and billing address. Mr. Kate is not responsible for any orders shipped to the wrong or invalid address when based off of the information that the customer provides when placing their online order.

Mr. Kate is not responsible for customs fees and there is a standard procedure applied on all customs forms and the claim amount cannot be amended. Shipping Weight and Pricing
Shipping price and weight calculations are based on a standard pre-calculated weight. For orders exceeding that standard weight some extra charges may apply. The price listed for domestic shipping and handling (S & H) is for 2-4 weeks Standard Ground Shipping only within the Continental United States (extra charges may apply for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Foreign destinations). International shipping is flat rate and may take 3 to 5 weeks to receive.

Orders within the USA: Mr. Kate is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Once shipped, we can not replace the lost items but we can offer you a coupon code to re-purchase the items that you did not receive at a discounted price.

International Shipping Rates and Terms:
For any orders shipped outside the US there is a flat rate USPS shipping fee applied to all orders. Mr. Kate is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. If an international order fails to arrive within 6 weeks of the shipment date please contact Mr. Kate at [email protected] We can not replace the lost items but we can offer you a coupon code to re-purchase the items that you did not receive at a discounted price.
Mr. Kate (the shipper) will not incur any of the additional tariffs, customs fees or taxes which may apply to any international orders. These fees are the sole responsibility of the international recipient of the package.

Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you decide not to keep the jewelry you have ordered, you may return it within 30 days of shipment of purchase for a full refund. Please notify us through email at [email protected] if you wish to return or exchange an item and we will reply with detailed instructions on how to do so.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn and undamaged. Mr. Kate is not responsible for damaged pieces that are damaged after receipt of purchase.
If you wish to exchange your original purchase, please note a $5.00 processing fee will be applied per piece and billed to you through Pay Pal. Please note with exchanges, all of our pieces are made to order and may require a lead time between 2-6 weeks for your exchange to reach you. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made (through PayPal), we are unable to refund directly to the credit card. We also offer store credit for returned items. We will refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling is non refundable.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on Special Orders.

Please return the merchandise with the receipt in pre-paid package via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or Airborne) to:

Please include your name, address, email address, day and evening phone number along with the merchandise. If making an exchange, please note on the original packing slip, what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. We will invoice/refund you through PayPal if there is any change in the price of the exchanged item(s).
We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.

Mr. Kate cannot accept returns or exchanged for merchandise purchased at any outside boutique locations or other online retailers. Please return that merchandise to the store from which it was purchased.

Jewelry Repair

Mr. Kate offers repair and re-plating for all Mr. Kate jewelry pieces. If repair or re-plating is desired, in the event that your jewelry has broken from wear and tear or tarnishes over time, Mr. Kate can repair it for you at a small fee. Please note a per piece fee will be applied plus a re-shipping fee. If you have any further questions regarding jewelry repairs please email [email protected]

If in the rare event, that your jewelry breaks within a month’s time or 30 days from the date shipped, Mr. Kate will repair your jewelry for you, free of cost. Buyer will only be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee.

Antique or Oxidized Finish:
The ‘Antique Gold,’ ‘Antique Silver’ or ‘Oxidized Silver‘ is a natural process of antiquing that varies from piece to piece. While the antiqued pieces will be similar to those pictured no two are exactly alike. Please make note of this when ordering any antique or oxidized pieces.

Jewelry Wear and Care:
Plated or Vermeil Pieces: Many of the Mr. Kate jewelry pieces are plated over brass. We take pride in our high-quality, real gold or silver, electro-plating technique. To prolong the gold or silver plating, remove rings, bracelets, etc. when washing hands or using any kind of lotion or hand sanitizer. Mr. Kate is not responsible for the wear on plated pieces. If you ever desire to have your pieces re-plated, please contact [email protected] for information and pricing. If piece dulls, try shining with a jewelry cloth or non-abrasive jewelry polish.
Rose Gold: Please note that rose gold has some copper content to achieve the pink hue which can, much like silver, tarnish over time. To prolong the life of your rose gold plated piece, please keep away from moisture and humidity. If the rose gold start to darken, try polishing with a soft cloth or non-abrasive jewelry polish.
Sterling Silver: Sterling .925 silver will tarnish over time. Please polish with a jewelry cloth or silver polish.
14k Gold: To keep the luster of your 14k gold pieces, simply polish with a cloth or use any jewelry cleaner meant for solid gold pieces.
